Using this website indicates that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail, confirming your order has been placed. If there is an error or issue with your order in anyway, you will be notified of the issue. Your order is an offer from you, the buyer, to buy a product(s) from us, the seller. All orders are subject to the availability of stock and the ability to complete your order by us. Your order will begin to be processed once all criteria is met. The contract between the buyer and the seller will only begin when we send you a confirmation email.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been completed in full.
If you have made a mistake while ordering, it is possible to amend this mistake, this must take place before your order is processed and dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched and would like to change any part of the order, please return the product(s) to us in correlation with our returns policy.
An agreement, created between buyer and seller, will only relate to those product(s), which have had their dispatch confirmed in the confirmation email. We, the seller, will not be obliged to supply any other product(s) which have not been part of your order. Any further product(s) must be ordered and confirmed separately.
We are entitled to refuse any order made by a consumer.
When making an order you must assure that all details you have provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order in question and that there are sufficient funds to pay the cost of the product(s) and related charges. It is your responsibility to inform us of and provide us with any changes to the details you have given us, as soon as possible.
Products, Pricing and Stock
The price of a product(s) will be displayed on the website. Prices show on the website include VAT charges but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when completing payment and must also be paid in advance. • Payments made by the buyer, by the ways allowed on the website, will not be made until we, the seller, have made received a cleared payment, equal to the full amount stated in the order.
Prices may be amended or changed without notice. These changes, however, will not affect orders which have already been accepted.
Our site contains many products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify and confirm prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that all prices are correct. When a product's correct price is less than the price displayed on the website, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions, before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to sell you the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even if we have sent you an order confirmation, if it is clear that a mistake has taken place and that it is unrealistic that the price shown is correct.
Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card.
The cost of international services is subject to change.
All prices advertised are subject to change.
Only one promotion code is permitted per order.
Returns and Refunds
Darling Clothing allows product(s) to be returned within a set number of days dependent on location. 7 days within Ireland and the UK and 21 for the rest of the world, from the moment the order is received by the buyer.
In this time the customer must take due care of the product before returning it.
No damages or alterations will be accepted on return of the product(s).
Using the return address provided, the customer must return the product(s) by post. When returning, we advise you request proof of postage, in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.
When the product has been returned, the refund will be sent as soon as possible, this should not take longer than 7 days.
Darling Clothing allows for a costumer to exchange their product after delivery. An exchange can be made for a different size or colour in the same style. If a customer would like to exchange one style for another, they must be refunded for the original style and then purchase the new style.
The list below may cause an issue while completing or delivering your order. Darling Clothes cannot be held liable for any such event(s) causing delay or any other issue with your order. The seller has insured the product and we will be in contact with the customer in any case of delay or issue regarding the order in question.
The following list are examples of ways in which your order may be impeded or effected. Industrial actions such as, strikes and lockouts, fire, explosion(s), extreme weather, the inability to use transport(s), such as, railways, aircraft, motor and shipping, the inability to use communication networks and governmental issues, legislation or regulations of any kind.
