Return and Refund Policy

Darling Clothing allows products to be returned from the customers location within a set number of days, from the moment of delivery. 7 days within Ireland and the UK. 21 days for the rest of the world, from the moment the order is received by the buyer.

In this time the customer must take due care of the product before returning it using the return address provided in the delivery. The product(s) should not be damaged, altered or tampered with in any way.

When returning, we advise you request proof of postage, in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.


When the product has been returned, the refund will be sent as soon as possible, this should not take longer than 7 days.

Exchange Process

Darling Clothing allows for a costumer to exchange their product after delivery.

An exchange can be made for a different size or colour in the same style. If a customer would like to exchange one style for another, they must be refunded for the original style and then purchase the new style.

If the incorrect items are sent, they must be returned and will be replaced or if requested a refund may occur.
