A: The countries we ship to are UK and Ireland, USA and Canada, Europe and Australia.

A: The time allocated to each return is determined by your location, allowing for shipping time. Ireland and UK 7 days Europe and Rest of World 14 days.

A: The responsibility is on the purchaser to return within above period, using the given return address.

 

Q: Can I exchange a piece of clothing for a different one?

A: No, a piece of clothing can online be exchanged for a different size of colour.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive a refund after I've sent a return?

A: Once we receive a return, we will process it as soon as possible, this should take no longer than 7 days to be refunded.
